Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 Hospitality Management or related education background from reputable university.
Minimum 5 years experience in the same field in 4-5 star hotel (for 1).
Minimum 3 years experience in the same field in 4-5 star hotel (for 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 13, 14).
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in 4-5 star hotel (for 4, 9, 11, 12, 15).
Well-groomed, discipline, standout personality, excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of code of conduct and hotel policies and daily operation relating to personnel and staff.
Able to operate hotel system (Power Pro) is an added advantage.
Excellent command of English, able to speak other foreign languages is an added advantage.
Hardworker, loyal, and teamwork player.
Problem solver.
Well-organized person, good planner.
Good leadership and management skills.
Good negotiation skills, target oriented, and create brand awareness (for 10, 11, 12).
Can work under tight deadlines and duty time frames.
