Our client prestigous 5 Star Resort in bali looking for : EAM Rooms

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor's Degree of Hospitality services, or in Business Administration, from a highly reputed university or related fields. 
  2. Post graduate studies in similar subjects are highly recommended. 
  3. Excellent command of English, Computer literate (Microsoft Office and a major hotel computer system), Knowledge of budgeting and Profit & Lost control. 
  4. Additional other language: Japanese/ Mandarin/ French/ German. Knowledge of OPERA computer system. 
  5. Minimum 2 years as EAM in previous capacity within a well-reputed 5* exclusive resort/ luxury country-club. 
  6. Minimum 2 years previous experience working in Asia. 
  7. 15+ years of experience in the hospitality sector. 
  8. At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a well-reputed 5* exclusive resort/ luxury country-club. 
  9. Strong command of the operations of accommodations facilities. 
  10. Strong command of the operations of restaurants is a plus. 
  11. Good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods. 
  12. Excellent communication skills. 
  13. Strong leadership and people management skills. 
  14. Dynamic personality and creative mindset. 
  15. Have good maturity continum. 
  16. Life Safety systems, Involved in mock fire evacuations, Qualified in first aid Ability to provide a clear strategic direction to the Division based on organizational goals
