- Responding to customer inquiries over our messaging system in a prompt and professional manner
- Helping customers plan their trips in a patient and informative way
- Making sure that all logistics run smoothly during their tour and that they have a memorable time in Bali
- Being a respected ambassador for the Voyagin brand
Requirements:
- Valid tour guide license in Bali
- Good communication skills in your preferred language an ability to explain cultural and historical information in a fluid manner
- Access to email or text so you can reply quickly, especially for last minute requests
Proficiency required in one of the following languages:
- English
- Mandarin
- Russian
- Japanese
