We are looking for a qualified candidate and young professional person to join as part of the magnificent team as :
1. RESERVATION SUPERVISOR with competitive basic salary and incentive program.
Requirements:
Female / Male
Age between 27 – 37 years old.
1 – 2 year’s experience at the similar position in Bali.
Good communication skill.
Strong leadership.
Familiar with Realta System (not essential).
Primary Function
To create an outstanding first impression of the hotel from the start by greeting the guest over the phone and provide them with an overview of the facility as well as a comprehensive description of the room types that will fit their need to order to increase hotel revenue.
To assist reservation department with needed tasks, information gathering and the achievement of company goals.
Responsible for facilitating reservations general duties and in their communication with guests, public and hotel staff.
Ensure all reservation information in all correspondence and PMS system is accurate
2. E- COMMERCE
Requirements:
Female/ Male
2 years experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
Bali’s experiences much prefer.
Good Communication skill
Attention to the details.
Strong leadership.
