Kies Villas in Kuta Lombok is looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender for our new Modern and Funky poolside Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and packing down the bar
Preparing and mixing alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and amazing cocktails
Cash handling and taking payments for all bar & restaurant transactions
Keeping your bar clean and tidy
Help the restaurant team when not busy
Stocktaking and filling out Purchase Orders as required.
The successful applicant will have:
A minimum of 2 years Bartending experience in a 4/5 star Hotel or Restaurant establishment
Great, friendly personality and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Good English and excellent customer service
Ability to work well in a busy environment, while having fun at the same time
Enjoy working independently as well as in a team
